At Salestools.io, we're creating AI Employees, called Sales Agents, and software that’s sleek, easy to use, and eliminates the need for an endless stack of point solutions. We're starting with outbound sales and our AI SDR, Olivia. Our platform includes every tool required for outbound sales—B2B data, AI email sequences, deliverability optimization tools, and much more.
We're growing at an incredible pace (closing 0.5M in new ARR each month). We recently raised first part of our seed round from top investors and are looking for superstars to join us on our rocketship growth as we relentlessly work toward building a multi-billion dollar company.
At Salestools.io, we're on a mission to create the most advanced human-like digital workers, called Sales Agents, and the software operating system for startups across verticals. We're starting with sales through our Salestools.io platform and Olivia, The Sales Rep Agent.
Our first Sales Agent, Olivia, is a SDR who automates the entire outbound sales process and can be set up with a 10-minute conversation. Olivia creates the user’s ICP, prospects with her database of over 270M contacts, conducts lead research, crafts & sends highly bespoke email sequences, and books meetings into sales reps’ calendars.
We recently launched Salestools AI Labs, our research lab where we're pioneering the foundational technologies required to create human-like digital workers.
This is the next Industrial Revolution.
Requirements:
- Build features end-to-end: front-end, back-end, system design, debugging and testing
- Collaborate with design and product in the development process to ensure alignment
- Participate in all stages of product development, from ideation to launch
- Own ongoing stability of features you build
About you:
- 1+ years of relevant full-time work experience
- Proficiency in both BE and FE stack is a MUST
- Proven history of delivering exceptional products and features
- Ready to work hard to execute our mission - this isn’t a traditional 9-5
- Excited about Salestools's mission
